Creating Coding Careers (CCC) has established a proven apprenticeship method that provides a pipeline of women, Black, Latinx, and LGBTQ+ professionals in the tech industry.
Through collaborations, including with SDSU Pre-College Institute, CCC identifies apprentices in the pre-college and college phase, lets them earn as they learn, and guarantees employment.
